We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Certified Athletic Schools Trainer to join our team.
Position Details:
Position Name: Certified Athletic Schools Trainer
Location: Gastonia, North Carolina
Pay Rate: Range $2080 to $2160 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 40-hr work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Position Requirements:
- One year experience as Athletic Trainer - Required
- Traveler experience - Preferred
- Considerable knowledge of physical therapy and sports medicine terminology, procedures, and techniques - Required
- Thorough skill in performing athletic training procedures - Required
- Ability to deal tactfully with family members, athletes, coaches, school employees, physicians, community and hospital personnel - Required
- Considerable judgment required in working with athletes and performing treatments - Required
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university - Required
- NCBATE licensure - Required
- NATA Board of Certification - - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross - Required
Job Description:
- Coordinate and provide sports medicine services in the community, schools, and therapy clinics.
- Performs a wide variety of athletic training evaluations and procedures in the care and treatment of athletes.
- Reports to the Sports Medicine Coordinator.
- Coordinates and works closely with school officials, including Athletic Director, Coaches, Sports Medicine Coordinator, Director of
- Rehab Services and Service Line Director to provide Sports Medicine Services and program development and growth.

Pay: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour
