Job Title Customer Account Executive Job Description As our Customer Account Executive, every day, you will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be provided the tools, resources, and outstanding leadership to sell business application solutions to current customers. Our CAE team is committed to winning and benefiting from seasoned leadership to drive business and revenue growth within our current customer base. To thrive in this role, you must identify and qualify upsell / cross-sell opportunities for Sage Intacct's Financial Management solutions within the current customer base while coordinating efforts with the appropriate customer success Account Manager.

Hybrid : 3 days per week in one of our Atlanta, Lawrenceville, or Austin offices. Key Responsibilities

• Work with our SMB segment customers up to 200 employees.
• Present the complete value proposition for Sage Intacct's solutions via face-to-face customer meetings, telephone, internet, and webinars.
• Develop customer mutual success plans encompassing migration / implementation strategies with the customer, account manager, and implementation resources.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales in partnership with the customer success account manager.
• Responsible for forecasting all opportunities based on Sage Intacct sales model and opportunity management definitions.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding departmental goals for sales quota.
