Job Title Sales Development Manager Job Description The Sales Development Manager, will lead and build a team that is focused on generating qualified prospects through Inbound / outbound efforts. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities :
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team of Sales Development Professionals focused on new customer acquisition.
- Prioritize coaching by leading engaging and effective training sessions through live coaching, one-on-one call review, role play and group call review.
- Partner with sales management, marketing, and other business partners to develop and execute vertical outbound campaigns into targeted prospects driving opportunity growth.
- Provide weekly reporting on leads, conversion to qualified prospects, sales opportunities, and campaign effectiveness. Great attention to details is required.
- Proactively support your sales team in achieving sales goals through efficiency and productivity improvements
- Continuously evaluate results making data-driven decisions to achieve sales goals.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct products and technologies, competitors, and industry trends.
- Create a motivating sales environment for your SDR team through learning and fun incentives.
