The Senior Intake Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the patient intake process across all Sage Infusion locations. This individual will be responsible for optimizing the intake workflow, managing a team, and ensuring the delivery of seamless and efficient experience for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the patient intake process across all Sage Infusion locations, ensuring efficiency and quality at every step
- Collaborate with the Director of Intake and Finance Services to develop and implement strategies for improving patient onboarding and overall experience
- Manage, mentor, and support the intake team, including Regional Intake Managers, to achieve operational goals
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow from intake through treatment
- Partner with external agencies to enhance referral growth and ensure consistent patient flow
- Analyze intake data and collaborate with Regional Intake Managers to drive continuous improvement
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure the integrity of the intake process
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Regularly update and refine intake policies and procedures to align with evolving needs and best practices
- Lead initiatives designed to elevate patient satisfaction during the intake process
- Actively contribute to business growth and expansion efforts, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and patient care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in process improvement and team management
- Experience with healthcare software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of infusion therapy and specialty pharmacy operations a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
