Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key large provider groups, including value-based-care primary care provider groups, healthcare systems, hospital networks, and multi-specialty provider groups
- Cultivate deep understanding of large provider groups' needs, challenges, and goals to tailor Sage Infusion's offerings effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance provider group satisfaction
- Conduct regular meetings and strategy sessions with provider group leadership to align Sage Infusion's services with their evolving needs
- Present Sage Infusion's services to potential large provider groups and negotiate complex, multi-faceted contracts
- Develop and implement account management plans for each large provider group to ensure growth and retention
- Represent Sage Infusion at industry events and conferences focused on large provider group interests
- Stay updated on healthcare trends, regulations, and competitive landscape affecting large provider groups
- Other duties as assigned by Sage Infusion leadership
Requirements
Qualifications/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 2 years of experience in healthcare relationship management, preferably with large provider groups or health systems
- Proven track record of growing and maintaining long-term relationships with key healthcare accounts
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, provider group operations, and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to engage C-suite executives
- Proficiency in CRM software for relationship tracking
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to meet with provider groups across assigned regions
