Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve recurring failures in Power Apps and Power Automate flows, including Desktop Flows.
- Lead root cause analysis for recent production incidents and provides technical remediation plans.
- Optimize existing apps for Offline usage, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of fixes with business continuity needs.
- Refactor and redesign faulty flows and architecture where needed for better resiliency and maintainability.
- Implement Power Platform best practices, governance standards, and monitoring frameworks.
- Document issue findings, resolutions, and architectural improvements for knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in IT, with 5 years in Power Platform solution architecture.
- Deep technical expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Power Automate, especially Desktop Flows (RPA)
- Offline capabilities and data sync patterns
- Microsoft Dataverse and cloud/on-prem data integrations
- Strong track record in stabilizing and enhancing existing Power Platform environments.
- Experience diagnosing performance issues, timeouts, and sync failures in Power Apps.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially in production-critical situations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
