What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Operations and Patient Coordinator position at Sage Medical Aesthetics?
We are seeking a Medical Spa Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator for an aesthetic center in Los Angeles with at least 2 years of experience in Medical Aesthetics.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn new techniques and contribute to our exciting spa concept. We value professionalism, courtesy, and a strong focus on confidentiality and maintaining a polished appearance. We are looking for a team player with a "can-do" attitude and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Strong verbal and written communication is essential, as you'll interact with clients in person, over the phone, and via email. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into full-time.

- Answering phones and have proper phone etiquette
- Be able to utilize our spa software system to manage patient bookings, Checking in/out patients and scheduling
- Insurance verifications
- Great sales techniques, ability to sell, upgrade services
- Selling skincare products
- Consulting patients on cosmetic procedures
- Processing medical records requests
- Great communication skills
- Can work independently

Days: Monday, Wed & rotating Saturdays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 22 per week
