Job Title: Assembler 2
Schedule: Full Time, M-Th, 6am - 4pm
Pay: Starting at $18

Purpose and Scope: As a Team Assembler in the Truck Final Assembly department at Sage Oil Vac, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in assembling our innovative fluid exchange systems. You will work as part of a collaborative team to ensure that the assembly process meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Assembly
- Collaborate with team members to perform assembly tasks, which may include installing pumps, tanks, hoses, electronic systems, and other components.
- Ensure that all equipment and parts are properly connected, secured, and aligned.

Quality Control
- Participate in quality control processes to verify that all assembled products meet company standards.
- Inspect components and completed assemblies to identify and address any deviations from specifications and quality standards.

Process Efficiency
- Work with your team to maintain a smooth and efficient assembly process
- Collaborate on process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety

Safety Compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines within the assembly area
- Promote a culture of safety among team members and report any safety concerns or incidents.

Documentation
- Accurately complete work orders, checklists, and necessary documentation for each assembly.
- Assist in maintaining detailed records of work, including parts used and quality reports.

- Work closely with your team members to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Specific Tasks for Position
- Plumbing and fitting compressors
- Mounting tanks, boxes, and installing reel mounts
- Electrical wiring in trucks
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, etc.
- Responsible for keeping the work area clean and in order
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus, but not
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn assembly or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
