WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A SUPPORT SPECIALIST
As the initial point of contact, you handle incoming calls and emails from retailers, partners, and consumers, ensuring effective solutions and resolutions for retail outlets, trades, and consumers. Your responsibilities include collaborating closely with retail outlets, the customer service team, and other departments to guarantee the seamless implementation of specific programs and enhance product knowledge. Through your clear communication and coordination efforts, you strive to ensure accurate and efficient resolutions, fostering a positive experience for all stakeholders!
YOUR SCHEDULE
The typical hours are Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM – 6 PM. Weekends are yours to enjoy!
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven customer service skills
- High energy and dependability
- Previous work in a high-volume setting
- Kitchen/cabinet/design experience is a plus!
