Qualifications:
- Must have a clear understanding of sales processes/stages of sales.
- 2 years of business-to-business sales experience achieving/overachieving an individual sales quota or equivalent experience is required.
- Must have 1 years of successful cold-calling/prospecting sales, utilizing social media and/or provided lists.
- This position requires a sales "hunter" mindset.
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Experience in sales in the software/technology industry is a plus.
- A fundamental understanding of business processes and operations is a plus.
- General computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce products are required.
- Revenue Generation - Meet or exceed 100% of the assigned individual revenue quota.
- Pipeline Management by utilizing customer relationship management tools (including Salesforce.com ) to track and maintain accurate records of all assigned activities.
- Quickly respond to marketing leads.
- Professional Sales Attitude - Characterized by a positive, confident, and enthusiastic demeanor, a focus on the customer’s needs and interests, a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the market continuously. This role requires a "hunter" sales methodology.
