In this agile role, you'll take on ad hoc targeted issue resolution, provide cyclical HR business partnering support and consultative guidance while contributing regional expertise to integrate global people initiatives. Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week of in-office collaboration from our new North America flagship office (619 Ponce, March 2025)

Minimum Qualifications - Is this you?
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR/People Business Partnering ideally within a large, private-sector organizations (technology, professional or financial services or other corporate environments).

  • Agility and influence: You thrive in grey zones, and have partnered with leaders, and are adapt to shifting priorities with ease.

  • Project expertise: You have a track record of managing iniatives and projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Relationship builder: You create trust quickly and maintain strong partnerships.

  • Consultative mindset: You advise, guide and coach to achieve meaningful outcomes, knowing when to challenge and when to lean in.

  • Problem-solving skills: You turn complex data into actionable insights and solutions that drive results.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with Strategic (Director-level) PBPs, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and business leaders to design and execute key people-focused initiatives, including:
  • Essential cyclical processes like performance management and talent management.

  • Strategic planning initiatives, organizational design, workforce planning, and ad-hoc issue resolution.

  • Driving global people initiatives, promoting adoption, and aligning with country/function-specific requirements.

  • Support and advise leaders on core people processes, including headcount management, engagement action planning, and talent/succession planning.

  • Devise, implement, and oversee people policies and processes tailored to specific countries/functions while maintaining alignment with global strategies and frameworks.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships with People Leadership and the broader People Team to ensure effective planning and delivery.
