About the Role
Sagebrush Energy is looking for motivated individuals to join our solar crew as Solar Installer I. This is an entry-level position for those interested in renewable energy and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with mounting racking, panels, and running conduit.
- Load/unload tools and materials for each install.
- Follow safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
- Keep job sites clean and organized.
- Support crew leads and learn install best practices.
Qualifications
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Previous construction or roofing experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and work hard.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
