Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your duties include representing the SageHome family of companies to ensure recruitment goals are met by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates, while also facilitating the administrative process of the recruitment department and working in tandem with the rest of the Recruiting team.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability and desire to find great people great jobs.
- Collaborate with the rest of the recruiting department to find new and exciting ways to introduce opportunities to interested candidates for opportunities with the SageHome family of companies.
- Effectively communicate job opportunities and responsibilities to interested candidates with various experiences and backgrounds.
- Use your people skills and interview techniques to identify the right candidates to pursue.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings.
- Facilitate new hire paperwork and new hire onboarding.
- Manage multiple candidates at once.
- Perform background check, drug screen, and reference checks for qualified candidates.
- Facilitate and disseminate weekly staffing scorecard.
- Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact and improve the process.
- Assisting with other HR or company duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years recruiting experience (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience (preferred).
- Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills.
- Maintain neat and professional appearance.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortability spending time on calls with various walks of life
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Highly motivated, energetic individual able to work collaboratively to achieve ambitious recruiting goals.
- Ability to pass drug-screen and background check.
