Marketing Account Coordinator

If you have a bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing, a year or more of experience with a marketing or an ad agency, or you've had a solid internship at an agency, keep reading.
Sagent is looking for a detail-oriented team player with the ability to motivate team members, work independently as needed, and provide excellent customer service to diverse clients. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, writing, organizational and communication skills, meeting deadlines, and adhering to schedules are essential.
Qualifications:
- B.S/B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing/Public Relations or a related field
- 1 years of agency experience or internships at an agency
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Creative and energetic personality
- Based in California, preferably metropolitan Sacramento
Requirements:
- Experience in project management with a background in advertising and integrated marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, and familiarity with other project management tools.
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Deadline driven
Responsibilities:
- Help plan projects from start to finish
- Assist in delivering client presentations
- Coordinate and take an active role in client meetings
- Conduct research to inform client strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to implement projects
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and expenses
- Maintain and submit regular status reports
- Communicate effectively both interpersonally, and with clients and project stakeholders
- Respond to client requests
- Maintain data and records
- Draft and revise social media content, website content, print copy, quarterly and annual reports, and more
- Other duties as assigned.
