As Vice President, Regional Practice Management, you will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and growth across our wealth management advisory offices. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to advisors and leadership, implementing best practices that enhance both the client and advisor experience.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Practice Leadership & Execution
Provide oversight of practice management, ensuring operational efficiency, client service excellence, and team engagement.
Drive adherence to SageView standards, including compliance, technology adoption, and best practices.
Serve as the key liaison between regional offices and corporate functions such as Investments, Operations, HR, Compliance, Technology, and Marketing.
Monitor and implement performance metrics to drive service excellence, resource utilization, and business alignment.
Partner with Managing Directors and Wealth Advisors to enhance client experience, optimize team efficiency, and support practice growth.
Support and coordinate office events and client communications as needed.
🔹 People Management & Leadership
Hire, train, and oversee local administrative and operations staff, conducting performance reviews, goal-setting, and compensation discussions.
Provide one-on-one mentorship and leadership development for regional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Oversee role clarity, career development, and internal collaboration to promote efficiency and job satisfaction.
🔹 Operational & Compliance Oversight
Ensure full regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards across all practice operations.
Lead quarterly billing reviews, AUM tracking, and financial reconciliation to maintain accuracy and transparency.
Manage data integrity initiatives and oversee system enhancements, ensuring effective use of SageView’s technology stack.
Conduct audits and risk assessments to proactively resolve operational challenges.
🔹 Practice Growth & Strategic Initiatives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and operational efficiency.
Act as a key stakeholder in technology implementations and process enhancements that impact operations.
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies for organic growth and client retention.
\nWho We’re Looking For
🔹 Proven Leadership Experience: At least 7 years in operations management, practice management, or leadership roles within the wealth management or financial services industry.
🔹 Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of operational systems, regulatory requirements, and best practices in wealth management operations.
🔹 Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Ability to analyze business performance, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
🔹 Exceptional People Leader: Experience managing and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance.
🔹 Technology-Driven Approach: Strong understanding of wealth management technology platforms and data management systems.
🔹 Regulatory Knowledge: Candidates with a Series 65, 7, or 63 license are strongly preferred.
