Starting Pay: $18.00-$21.50 Depending on Certification Date
Schedule: 6:00AM-6:00PM Mondays, Tuesdays, Sundays
Location: Assisted Living and Memory care – Acacia Health Center

Your role is to provide hands on care, assist residents as needed with their care and all ADLs along with administering medication. Assists with helping to keep resident’s apartments tidy and change linen as needed. Participate in activities to keep our seniors active while encouraging and respecting their independence.

Who are you:
- Current Arizona Caregiver Certificate required.
- Must hold a valid CPR Certification, First Aid Certification with BLS and be trained in AED procedures
- Med Tech Certification required
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, and have adequate reading skills to understand resident care plans and other applicable documentation
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given.
