They will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with marketing objectives and support overall brand messaging. Job title : Director of Content Development Job Description : Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing or English is required. Experience : Proven Experience of 8 years in content creation, copywriting with a strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns and initiatives Mandatory Skills :

• Excellent writing and editing skills with impeccable eye for detail and ability to adapt writing styles to various audiences and platforms.
• Strong Analytical skills with ability to interpret content performance data and make strategic recommendations based on insights
• Proficiency in Content strategy development and Content Promotion techniques
• Effectively manage a team of content creators, editors and strategist guiding their work and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Having a solid understanding of various content types (written, visual, audio etc) and be able to provide guidance and insights to them.
• Effective communicator to convey ideas, instructions, feedback to the team and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared, and feedback is welcomed, driving overall improvement of content development process. Roles & Responsibilities :
• Lead and oversee the content development team, providing strategic direction, mentorship and guidance to ensure the creation of high quality and impactful content across various platforms, including website, blog, social media, email marketing, video and other marketing materials
• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with organization's marketing and branding objectives
• Drive innovation and creativity exploring new content formats, storytelling techniques and emerging trends to elevate organization's content presence
• Monitor content performance metrics and analytics, leveraging data insights to optimize content strategies and make data driven decisions
• Establishing and defining the Sagility ?voice? ? and enforcing absolute consistency in its use for all Sagility assets and materials
• Working with Sagility researchers, creative director, and design team to visualize data, understand trends, and communicate complex information simply and effectively
• Addressing critical content gaps required to meet sales objectives
