- Excellent leadership qualities.
- Passion for developing youth both athletically and holistically.
- Experience supervising others is desired.
- Experience with coaching is desired.
- Past experience in football at high school or college level.
- Must satisfactorily pass :
Law enforcement background check with fingerprinting.

COMPENSATION : The Assistant Junior Varsity Football Coach will be paid in accordance with the CEA contract "Appendix B"
