Job Duties:
Participate and collaborate with client, development, and testing teams throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of a solution. Support meetings with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit, clarify, and confirm business requirements. Perform functional and technical analysis of the clients' current business process and supporting documentation. Identify process improvements and facilitate reengineering of business process. Ensure the business analysis deliverables are technically feasible. Communicate to technical resources for continued implementation of the solution. Execute production rollout activities. Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and, if required, throughout the duration of maintenance and support agreements. The position is based out of 422 County Road D East, St. Paul, MN 55117, and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (any), Business, or related and 36 months of experience in the job offered or as a Software Designer, Developer, Tester, or Analyst. Additionally, all candidates must possess 2 years' Agile design methodology, and Scrum Framework experience. 2 years' Pension Retirement Systems, or Unemployment systems Domain experience required. Position is based out of 422 County Road D East, St. Paul, MN 55117 and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Salary: $127,712.00/year.
