It is the overall responsibility of the Shipping Coordinator to assist the Facility team in assigned tasks ensuring a successful project by meeting the client's expectations.

- Working with Excel
- Packing, mailing, labeling test products to be shipped
- Inventorying test product
- Assisting in quality control testing of screeners and questionnaires
- Maintain necessary tracking reports
- Communicating with respondents
- Complete administrative task as assigned
- Working within a team
- Suggest improvements to in increase efficiencies
- Other duties as assigned

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years customer service, administration experience preferred
