What are the responsibilities and job description for the Proposal Coordinator position at Sagres Construction, Corp?
Proposal Coordinator Required Qualifications:
Basic understanding of construction and/or engineering industry and ability to learn new construction and engineering concepts.
2 Years prior experience managing proposals and submitting bid packages for Municipal, State and/or Federal contracts. (Heavy Civil/Highway construction experience preferred)
Capacity to lead pursuits related to contract’s perspective including interpreting, and providing guidance on solicitation, government and commercial regulations, and customer policies and procedures.
Capacity to work under pressure and on deadlines is a must.
Strong writing, proofreading, and editing capabilities. Experience with technical writing in an Engineering environment preferred.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of staff and management.

Experience managing design-build proposals preferred
