We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our consulting team, supporting our client's federal proposal development process. This role involves close collaboration with proposal managers, internal stakeholders, and client teams to coordinate proposal operation support and resource requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and submission of proposals, ensuring adherence to all deadlines and compliance with the request for proposal (RFP) specifications.
- Analyze and break down RFP documents to clearly identify and track compliance requirements.
- Schedule meetings with proposal team members, including writers, subject matter experts, and client leads, to discuss proposal strategies, themes, and responsibilities.
- Provide comprehensive resource coordination to the proposal support team.
- Develop proposal templates, outlines, and schedules.
- Track input from Proposal Writers and Graphic Designers.
- Coordinate and track proposal production.
- Demonstrate success in contributing to the planning, development, production, and delivery of compliant and winning proposals.
- Coordinate proposal document reviews (Kickoff Meetings, Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team, etc.).
- Perform a final quality review of all documents performing a detailed compliance check to ensure the proposal is of high quality and sign off on submission readiness.
- BS/BA degree, or equivalent in relevant experience.
- 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment.
- Must have general knowledge of proposal process, with the ability to develop and track action items and timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to work across organizations with effective communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Flexible mindset and eagerness to learn/grow.
- Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment.
- Highly organized, team-oriented, enthusiastic, independent thinker, and collaborative.
- Having outstanding written and oral communication skills is critical.
