Job Description:
Responsible for timely and accurate processing of company direct mailers, email list requests and complex ad hoc database queries for targeted marketing campaigns and analysis. Ensures the processes around data manipulation and data management are efficient, accurate and meet the highest levels of data security.

Job Focus:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of company direct mailers, email list requests and complex ad hoc database queries
- Helps manage and maintain databases
- Ensures the processes around data manipulation and data management are efficient, accurate and meet the highest levels of data security
- Assists with managing the data strategy and key marketing database systems
- Assists in developing strategic database marketing segmentation programs which improve marketing efficiencies
- Follows suppression processes to ensure that we are in compliance with our legal obligations to suppress prohibited individuals from our mailings
- Manages all queries and list requests to ensure confidentiality of guest information
- Execute cross property lists and deliver within required time parameters to property marketing teams
- Makes recommendations to enhance participation and levels of play
- Use existing databases to create reports to answer key questions about guest activity including demographics, profitability, and program redemption
- Understanding and interpreting the needs of Marketing Requests
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
- The ability to write queries to extract data from multiple databases and summarize data for meaningful data comparisons is critical to this position, with expert level knowledge of the relational databases, including table and join structures, what the data means, and what the data can be used to measure
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Strong organizational and facilitating skills. Detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time.
- Ability to read and write SQL.
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and ensure completion of associated tasks. Must respond quickly and effectively to changing business environment.
- Keen understanding of Marketing systems and database architecture. Konami and/or Opera experience a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A team player with extremely strong data mining communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quantitative college degree or equivalent work-experience.
- Three (3) or more years in complex data manipulation and/or advance programming.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service and team-oriented self-starter, and professional maturity
- Team orientation, basic influence and conflict management skills, and effective consulting and strategic skills
- Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills and exhibit composure and professionalism while under pressure
- Management experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines and maintaining strong attention to details
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
- Must be 21 years of age or older
