What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Attendant/ Dual Rate Supervisor position at SAHARA Las Vegas?
Responsible for supervising daily slot operations on the casino floor and certifying the Slot Guest Service Representatives provide a fun, friendly, efficient service and sophisticated experience for our guests
JOB FOCUS:

- Keep up to date on Slot Marketing activities and events at the property
- Understands and assists employees with all of their assigned job functions
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance
- Performs responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures
- Other job related duties as assigned
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least three (3) years of Slot Operations Supervisory experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English with guests, employees, and management both written and verbal forms
- A professional demeanor and attire is to be maintained at all times
- Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills with the ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward guests as well as all employees
- Previous experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desired
- Must have exceptional time management skills and can multi-task with ease
- A proficient understanding of Casino systems and Computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, is preferred
- Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts in a positive and professional manner making decisions in the best interests of our guests and the company
- Thorough understanding of Title 31 requirements. For example, all acceptable or unacceptable currency transactions, logging requirements, NIL’s MTL’s, and CTRC’s, etc
- Follow all Responsible Gaming Guidelines. For example, self-limiting requests and checking identification for individuals who appear under 30 years of age
- Ability to maintain high morale through support, appreciation and development of employees
- Ability to handle and cope well with stress and remain calm under pressure
- Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A valid Nevada Gaming license and Alcohol Awareness Card is required and must be obtained before entering this position
