JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Table Games Floor Supervisor will be responsible for observing all games, players and dealers to ensure accuracy of game and game protection
JOB FOCUS:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

- Protecting the assets of the company to ensure maximum profitability
- Enforcing all table game policies and procedures while ensuring excellent guest service
- Assisting in deciding when to increase or decrease betting limits on games in your section
- Applying your knowledge of dealing procedures including house rules so as to preserve the security and integrity of games
- Verifying all bankrolls from previous shifts to ensure accuracy
- Monitoring games and maintain appropriate game pace
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and filling requests
- Assisting in training and evaluating subordinate team members in a fair and equitable manner
- Accurately tracking player actions by noting buy-ins, length of play, win / loss and average bet
- Operating all games in accordance with gaming laws and company policies
- Verifying the accuracy of documents signed and ensuring procedures are accurately followed
- Communicating pertinent information to management in a timely and responsible manner
- Maintaining proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play
- Notifying management immediately of any unusual activity of play
- Creating a work environment which promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction
- Performing all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient knowledge of Table Games operations
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- One (1) year experience in the Table Games field
- Six (6) months working in a Table Games Floor Supervisory position or equivalent
- Available to work any shift including weekends and holidays
- An intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is preferred
- Able to work under pressure; exhibiting strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Professional appearance and effective verbal communication skills
- A valid Nevada Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness Card are required and must be obtained before entering this position
- Must be 21 years of age or older
