Location: Little Rock, AR (Onsite)

Job Overview:

The Help Desk Analyst will provide support for court management applications, assisting users via phone and email with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to user inquiries via phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions
• Assist with software testing and training preparation
• Follow help desk procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

• 3 years of customer service or help desk experience
• Functional knowledge of application support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a fast-paced support role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Familiarity with court-related applications is a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
