Help Desk Analyst
Location: Little Rock, AR (Onsite)
Full-Time | Potential for Extensions
Job Overview:
The Help Desk Analyst will provide support for court management applications, assisting users via phone and email with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to user inquiries via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions
- Assist with software testing and training preparation
- Follow help desk procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
- 3 years of customer service or help desk experience
- Functional knowledge of application support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced support role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Familiarity with court-related applications is a plus
