Position Summary

Supports business partners with freight rating-related activities and assists in providing rate quotes to customers.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Evaluates data entries based on predefined criteria and guidelines.
• Verifies and applies correct rates to all freight bills.
• Records and documents freight bills following established procedures.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to validate accuracy in billing-related activities.
• Assesses work orders to verify all essential information is accurate.
• Conducts weekly audits and resolves or escalates discrepancies in findings.
• Reviews rating results and provides feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards and business objectives.
• Reaches out to customers to establish rates and quotes.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic billing experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation application systems.
