SAIC seeks a highly experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of ground-based radars critical to US and Allied strategic missile surveillance, warning, defense, and space surveillance missions. These include the AN/FPQ-16, Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS), the AN/FPS-132, Upgraded Early Warning (UEWR) Radars and supporting systems. The Quality Assurance Analyst will support the government customer, the SAIC Program Manager, and the Chief Engineer. This position is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Executes and manages the workflow of the quality management system and associated aspects of ongoing projects and serves in an IPT/Agile Framework
- Engages with IPT Leads and Functional Managers to interject and capture quality records of performance and operations
- Reviews status of Corrective Actions; schedules to closure; actions to prevent reoccurrence and prepares subsequent surveillance reports
- Assesses process and procedural issues and develops resolutions to meet quality, productivity, and client-satisfaction
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives of mechanisms to monitor, measure and evaluate Technical Performance Measurements (TPM) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Review and support efforts of deliverables (CDRLS and DALs) to maintain the quality of products delivered to the customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical quality assurance

- Experience in a complex, highly technical and fast-paced environment. Previous Air Force or Space Force experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail while also working towards high-level strategic objectives
