Description
SAIC is seeking a SIGINT Subject Matter Expert in Huntsville, AL.
Job Duties
- Candidate will be responsible for the design and development of complex Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems.
- Develop system architectures and analyze complex problems to advance technical solutions that will support NAVWAR operational objectives.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to measure system performance and military utility and provide event-based schedules based on key events; developing calendar-based schedules; and development of briefings and reports with supporting graphics and other analyses.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree and nine (9) years of relevant experience; Masters degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience
- Must hold an active Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Experience with Space, Missile Defense, and High Altitude capabilities is a plus.
- Experience in Electronic Warfare is also a plus.
- Experience with L-band signals along with waveforms and data delivery optimizations.
- Possess ability to identify/investigate source documents for quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Candidate must be able to develop event-based schedules based on key events; developing calendar-based schedules with expected task and event completion dates with dependency relationships among tasks; and development of briefings and reports with supporting graphics and other analyses.
- HW and SW technology design, development, integration, and user operational assessments
- Expertise in technology assessments to ensure acceptance and relevance for improvements that meet capability gaps
- Expertise in the development of system-related briefings and reports that include supporting graphics and other technical analyses as required
- Experience with Multi-Domain Operations.
- Experience with RF, Microwave, L-band and other waveforms.

Salary : $120,001 - $160,000
