Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in all phases of Systems Engineering, including concept of operations, requirements engineering, architecture design, integration, and verification.
- Transform product requirements into comprehensive systems solutions, respecting technical constraints as well as time and budget limitations.
- Perform multifaceted system analysis and design tasks, ensuring alignment with client needs and system specifications.
- Develop interfaces relevant to navigation systems and conduct physical and functional configuration audits (PCA/FCA) as required.
- Carry out thorough Lifecycle cost analysis and estimation, along with decision analysis to optimize the value of system investments.
- Conduct functional analysis, timeline analysis, and detailed trade studies, informing requirements, system features, and resource allocation.
- Contribute to detailed information for the integration of navigation systems and/or applications, keeping in mind current needs and future scalability.
- Assist in development of initiatives in identity and access management, including directory services and automation, enhancing system security and efficiency.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Three (3) years of professional experience in systems engineering.
- Knowledge of navigation systems is desirable.
- Competency in requirements definition, trade studies, interface definition, and systems integration.
- Ability to identify and manage technical risks and interdependencies.
- Proficiency with systems engineering tools and methodologies.
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Required Security Clearance:
- ship required.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
- Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
