Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update operational procedures, detailed descriptions of navigation hardware and software components, and an interactive online help feature.
- Maintain technical files in a knowledge-based repository.
- Develop and manage content for IETMs, including online help features as required/needed. Content encompasses documentation and procedures outlining the system level operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with and/or train technical writers and subject matter experts to create technical documentation, including manuals, user guides, and maintenance instructions.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Ten (10) years of experience developing and producing interactive/online technical documentation for Navigation systems.
- Four (4) years demonstrated experience supervising content development and integration efforts.
- Four (4) years demonstrated experience using XML authoring tool sets.
- Experience using browser-based languages including Extensible Markup Language (XML), Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret operational/maintenance manuals and operational procedures for Navigation systems.
- Direct experience with development of Navigation systems technical documentation products.
- Demonstrated communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance.
