Description
Supports Software and Test teams as a member of early testing of product capability during integration to examine user workflows and behavior.
Reviews and provides feedback on training material and related documentation.
Conducts pre-flight software and equipment checks and prepares charts for live test readiness reviews and user training events.
Able to brief management, stakeholders, and users for planned training events, demonstrations, and test events.
Coordinates schedule with customer, user, and range personnel and travel to support live training and test events.
Documents and works to resolve all complex problems and reports on problem resolution to management.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience :
- Bachelors and zero (0) years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
