To address the growing demands within the Department of Defense, SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Data Analyst to join our Digital and AI Team as we embark on a large initiative to lead the design and operate integrated Enterprise IT solutions that deliver AI-enabled capabilities and enable data-driven decision making to missions across the Department, Services, and Combatant Commands.

The Ideal candidate will be adept at managing customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and fostering continuous improvement across all service areas.

Role Summary: The position establishes and drives an industry-leading standard of excellence in user experience and customer success, meticulously harnessing the power of cutting-edge data, analytic, and AI and business analytics technologies across all mission activities. They accelerate the adoption of data-driven analytics, AI, and decision making across the DoD.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customers have a seamless, positive experience with the platform and are completely satisfied with the solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with the PM and Chief Architect/Engineer to recommend and drive system enhancements that lead to better customer outcomes.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Work across different teams within the organization to align goals, share customer insights, and ensure that the customer's voice is represented in product and service development.
  • Design, develop, and maintain digital content to improve service delivery and enhance customer understanding and competencies in using high-tech platforms.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors in a related field and eighteen (18) years or more of related experience; Masters in a related field and sixteen (16) years or more experience; PhD or JD in a related field and thirteen (13) years or more experience.
  • Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
  • Experience working in an Agile Community, using Agile methodology for product and project management.
  • Experience working in a DoD environment supporting one of the Armed Forces in an enterprise IT environment, across multiple domains and various clearance levels.
  • SEC certification or similar certification to meet DoD 8140 (formerly DoD 8570) requirements.
  • ship and Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI is required.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Lead.
  • Possess experience conducting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using at least one commercial CRM capability.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Possess experience analyzing high tech systems, identifying improvements, and advocating for changes that positively affect customer outcomes.
  • Possess experience in planning and designing communications strategies for a large organization.
  • Possess experience improving customer success for high tech platforms involving data analytics, AI/ML or decision support systems.
  • Possess experience in designing and delivering knowledge management documents and customer training courses either in person or online.
  • Possess experience in using at least one commercial Content Management System (CMS).
  • Possess outstanding communications and customer service skills.
  • Experience supporting organizations or customers through digital modernization, particularly related to cloud, data, DevSecOps, and AI/analytics.
  • AWS AI Practitioner Certification
