We are looking for a Lab / Datacenter Technician to support data center operations, including hardware management, troubleshooting, and inventory tasks. If you have hands-on experience with server components and a strong technical background, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
Rack, stack, and cable compute servers
Build and configure servers, update OS and firmware
Run automated tests, capture logs, and troubleshoot issues
Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory of hardware
Respond to internal requests via an online ticketing system
What We’re Looking For :
Experience with data center operations and server components (CPU, DIMM, HDD, SSD, NIC)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on-site, and travel between office locations (valid CA driver’s license required)
