In this important role, you’ll wear many hats. You’ll guide a team of investigations supervisors and ensure the efficacy, quality, and balance of investigative work. Quality decision-making, problem-solving, strategizing, coaching, instilling trust, and building consensus are daily activities. This role is highly collaborative, with the expectation of contributing to the overall success of the claims management team, SAIF’s claims unit, and internal business partners throughout the organization.

The following qualifications are recommended:
- Ten or more years of increasingly responsible experience in investigations, workers’ compensation, or a related field, including three or more years of direct supervisory experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, law enforcement, or another related field.
- Other combinations of skills and experience may be considered.
