PRESIDENT, POWER & SAFETY SOLUTIONS
Position Overview
As President of Power & Safety Solutions, you will be a critical member of our client’s senior management team, responsible for shaping the strategic direction and financial performance of the Power & Safety Solutions Business Unit in alignment with Scintilla and our client’s business objectives.
Your mission in this role is to drive the growth of the Business Unit, provide strategic vision and operational improvements, and build and lead a dynamic Power & Safety Solutions Leadership Team. You will focus on implementing, communicating, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance the performance of Power & Safety Solutions alongside the leadership team.
Key Objectives
As the President of Power & Safety Solutions, you will lead and oversee the operation and performance of the Business Unit. Your objectives include :
- Collaborating with Scintilla Senior Leadership to develop a long-term vision, growth strategies, and optimization plans for Power & Safety Solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall mission and strategic goals.
- Building trust with Power & Safety Solutions leaders by understanding their perspectives, needs, and challenges, and making informed final decisions.
- Leading and ensuring the success of the Power & Safety Solutions Business Unit.
- Driving innovation, strategic business development, and overall profitability.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, industry leaders, and the community while serving as the public representative of the Business Unit.
- Providing insights on client, industry, and market trends to support strategic planning and decision-making.
