POSITION SUMMARY :
Territory Sales Manager position in Southern Illinois / Northeast Missouri.
This is a salaried position with a complete benefit package reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work with Regional Sales Manager to identify open markets and set up appropriate distribution
- Work directly with livestock producers to prospect business through feed trials, nutrition formulation utilizing Dalex, and feed management support.
- Increase sales of all products through the Dealer channel and Direct Livestock Producer
- Increase profitability of the assigned territory
- Provide support and direction to Territory Accounts
o Technical support at the producer and dealer level
o Promotion Planning
o Dealer Net and Dealer Club Review and Support
o New Product Introductions
o Product training and support
o Merchandising Assistance
o Up selling and add-on sales
o Consumer Seminars to educate consumers and build brand and product awareness
o End -User field calls as needed to grow the business
o Work with Regional Sales Manager to identify open markets and set up appropriate distribution
