This role requires a strong ability to partner with hiring managers, understand business needs, and build diverse pipelines of high-quality candidates for critical GTM roles.
Key Responsibilities
- GTM Talent Sourcing & Strategy: Develop and execute a proactive strategy to source top-tier talent for Go-To-Market roles across sales, marketing, customer success, and business development functions.
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand the specific needs of each GTM role and define candidate profiles that align with business objectives.
- Market Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct comprehensive talent mapping and market research to stay ahead of trends and proactively identify talent across the GTM landscape. Keep up with compensation, hiring trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building: Engage with passive candidates, build relationships, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Ensure clear, timely communication and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Focus on attracting a diverse candidate pool by utilizing diverse sourcing methods and working closely with internal teams to ensure inclusion in the hiring process.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, candidate engagement, and sourcing effectiveness. Use data to optimize recruiting strategies.
- Recruiting Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruiting processes and tools, ensuring efficiency and quality while enhancing the overall candidate experience.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in recruiting for Go-To-Market roles, with a track record of success in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top sales, marketing, and customer success talent.
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong experience in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, along with social media and professional networking to find top candidates.
- GTM Function Knowledge: Understanding of Go-To-Market functions and the ability to recruit for a wide range of GTM roles, including sales, marketing, product marketing, and customer success.
- Adaptability & Agility: Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and hiring needs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to drive recruitment success.
- Process-Oriented & Data-Driven: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and track key recruiting metrics. Proven ability to use data to improve processes and drive better results.
- Diversity & Inclusion Focus: Experience with building diverse talent pipelines and fostering an inclusive hiring process.
- Experience in Startups/Tech Companies: Experience recruiting for high-growth tech startups or enterprise software companies is a plus.
- ATS Experience: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software such as Lever, Greenhouse, or iCIMS.
- Strong Network: A well-established network within the sales, marketing, and customer success communities is highly desirable.
