Job Summary
The Project Scheduler II is responsible for providing schedule monitoring, control measures, analysis, and reporting for Saiia Construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, scheduling, and reporting, as well as experience with Primavera P6 software.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain project schedules throughout the lifecycle of projects
* Analyze scheduling change impact and perform what-if analysis
* Exercise independent and professional judgment in solving problems and coordinating issues
* Adapt schedules to meet various project delivery methods or requirements
* Convert schedule information created in Microsoft Projects or other software to Primavera P6 when necessary
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years previous experience using P6 in project scheduling
* Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Knowledge of mass grading and earthwork, stormwater management, underground utilities, erosion control, CCR project items, landfill project items, and utility infrastructure requirements
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, schedules, and project specifications
