Job Description
The Project Scheduler II is responsible for exercising a qualified level of planning, scheduling, and reporting proficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provides schedule monitoring, control measures, analysis and reporting
- Develops, tracks and maintains project schedules(s), and schedules performance on active projects
- Reports any issues to Project Managers and facilitates and participates in coordination with Project Managers and System Matter Experts (SME) to develop a recovery strategy
- Meets with Project Managers to provide status, evaluate critical path, and predictively assess project schedule
Requirements:
- Proficiency with all necessary technological tools, including MS Project, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and Outlook with the ability to use other software as necessary
- Proficiency in Bluebeam software
- Proficiency in Primavera 6 software applications
- Knowledge of mass grading and earthwork, stormwater management, underground utilities, erosion control, CCR project items, landfill project items, and utility infrastructure requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent related field of study
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience using P6 in Project Scheduling
