About the Role

We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team for a newly constructed, 300-unit community located in Columbia Heights. This luxury property offers an exceptional living experience with features such as a pool, sauna, athletic quarters, golf simulator, work-from-home hubs, and thoughtfully designed community spaces.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming calls and digital inquiries from prospective residents
• Understand the unique needs of each prospect and guide them through personalized tours of the property
• Serve as a trusted advisor and solution-finder, offering tailored options to help prospects select their ideal home
• Deliver engaging tours, master property highlights, and stay knowledgeable about pricing and market trends
• Ensure timely and thoughtful follow-up with prospective residents

Requirements

• Prior leasing or sales experience preferred
• Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic approach to connecting with others
• Creative problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Availability to respond to inquiries on Saturdays
• Familiarity with Yardi (CRM) preferred
