Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a Center of Excellence for project management, aligning with industry best practices and Hillpointe's strategic objectives.

Develop, implement, and govern program management processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics to ensure project success and efficiency.

Lead the analysis, selection, and roll-out of PMO tools that enable integrated delivery models across the organization.

Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Coach and mentor project management practitioners, sharing knowledge of best practices and process improvement methodologies.

Coordinate project deliverables with Project Managers, Analysts, Market Leads, and other stakeholders.

Prepare regular, thorough executive summaries for senior leadership on project and team performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.

Facilitate strategy deployment sessions and organizational alignment to ensure projects support company goals.

Lead quality assurance and post-mortem functions to address project delivery challenges and support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.

10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion.

Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and their application in project management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.

Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
