SAILTEAM.IO has been retained to build a new tech team for a Client based in Winter Park, FL. The client is seeking an experienced PowerBI Analyst to join a rapidly growing real estate development and investment management firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a company that is among the top developers of multifamily housing in the U.S., with ambitious growth plans for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerBI dashboards to support strategic decision-making

• Automate and streamline monthly and quarterly reporting processes

• Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet data needs

• Create user-friendly training materials and maintain comprehensive documentation

• Manage reporting requests, timelines, and deliverables

• Ensure data integrity and quality across all reporting processes

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence business decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications like CFA, CPA are a plus)

• 3-5 years of experience in a business intelligence role, focusing on PowerBI dashboard creation and report development

• Experience working with financial and accounting data, preferably in real estate or private equity

• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data manipulation (Python knowledge is a plus)

• Strong project management skills

• Expert in PowerBI and Excel

• Experience in creating and maintaining data dictionaries and training materials

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards

• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the capacity to work independently

• Nice to have: Curiosity to learn or experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
