Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 500 provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD / DO) to work full-time at its Overland clinic. The Family Medicine providers at the Overland clinic are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life, including the option of obstetrics care if desired by the physician. The clinic utilizes a patient centered medical home model focusing on population health. The Overland clinic has a procedure room and an onsite lab.
Support : 24 / 7 CRNA Anesthesia; Level IV Trauma Center; ED; Saint Alphonsus FM clinic on-site; community family medicine clinics; SAHS specialty physicians rotate in outreach, larger system resources.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME / AOA Family Medicine residency program;
- Board certified or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment;
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases;
- Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
