Job Summary
This part-time position involves performing radiologic procedures on patients of various ages, adhering to established protocols and radiation safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate patient and procedure documentation.
- Stay updated on equipment and instruments/supplies necessary for high-quality exams.
- Provide effective communication with patients based on their age and mental capacity.
Requirements
- Enrollment in an ARRT-accredited radiology program is mandatory.
- A valid Medical Imaging License issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) must be maintained.
- An active Oregon license is required prior to providing services in Oregon.
- Basic Life Support certification from AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network is essential.
