Certification Details
- American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel
- American Heart Association certification is required for RNs in CCU, ED, and PACU, MICU, SICU
- For any position requiring a license or certification, the verification must be performed within the past 30 days
- 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed within 30 days of start date
- All engaged contractors must have signed Trinity Code of Conduct on file
- Trinity Health Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information and Information System Security Agreement must be on file
- Specialty exam must be completed within a year
- Influenza Vaccine documentation is required
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine or exemption documentation is required
- Proof of MMR vaccination or IgG titer is required
