What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Team Conference Facilitator position at Saint Dominic's Family Services?
The Family Team Conference Facilitator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating Family Team Conferences, which are meetings designed to bring all parties involved in a child’s life (birth parent, foster parent, caseworker, service provider, etc.) together to discuss case planning issues related to the child’s health, safety, and well-being while in foster care placement.
Bachelor’s degree in social work or a social service field with at least 2 years experience working in child welfare. At least 1 year of Family Team Conferencing experience preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
