Must have 1st vaccination in series prior to start; 2nd shot in series 30 days later; 3rd shot in series 6 months later. Hep B titers will NOT be accepted. Proof of vaccination must be uploaded into Trinity VMS.

Provide documentation from an exam within the last year that candidate is fit to work. Attach scanned copy of certification to candidate's record in Trinity VMS.
9 Panel completed within 30 days of start date, preferred within 14 days of start. Must be completed and resulted before start with MRO signature. Must include the following : Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, 6- Monoacetylmorphine, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, and Methadone. (NO THC).
