Saint Francis University invites applications for a full-time Event & Facility Site Manager for the Curry Innovation Center in Altoona, PA. The Site Manager serves as the front-line ambassador for the University and reports directly to the Vice President for Communications & Marketing. This role prioritizes exceptional customer service, ensuring that all visitors, partners, tenants, and University stakeholders receive a welcoming, informed, and responsive experience.
The Site Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Center by delivering high-quality service to guests and clients, responding to inquiries and needs efficiently, and maintaining a positive and professional environment. In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, the Site Manager performs a variety of high-level administrative and confidential support tasks related to the programs hosted at the Center, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of its initiatives. The Site Manager may also assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the VP, as permissible and appropriate to the scope of the role.
Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of experience in office administration. Customer service and information technology training or equivalent experience required. Strong organizational, communication and office management skills along with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision on a wide range of administrative tasks is essential. Must be able to work effectively with others to include students, faculty, staff, parents, and alumni and maintain information with confidentiality and integrity.
