- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects across North-America to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create project schedules, manage resources, participate in prioritizing projects, control progress, and communicate status using project management tools, reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain relationships with key project decision-makers.
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to agree on technical design solutions that enhance project outcomes.
- Provide technical support throughout the project.
- Execute and ensure quality documentation of current and future solution designs.
- Mentor and support other project managers on best practices and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant experience in the required field.
- 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) & tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet).
- Experience in manufacturing industry, solution architecture, system administration, mentoring and/or remote team environment are a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, TOGAF, CompTIA, CSM, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Fluent in French, with strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.
- Open for travel within North-America.
